I studied Reich some as an undergraduate years ago and was fascinated, though haven't read much on his work since. In my recollections, though, along with some body work that I've been doing, I am seeking someone who can delineate briefly Reich's theories on clearing energy blockages up and down the body. Anyone in here able to address this for me??

Sun, March 23, 2008 - 5:23 AMI have also found Alan Miller Ph.D. aka C.S. Hyatt's undoing methods very beneficial for loosening up and clearing blockages throughout the body. Though his writing style may not suit everyone his therapeutic methods seem to be some of the better out there following in the Reichian methodology focused on proper breathing, posture, and opening blockages throughout the body segments. The overview video (Radical Undoing 1) gives a fairly good introductory set of exercises that one can do without a therapist on which I have heard good results from others and will vouch for myself.
unfortunately his site seems to be down at the moment, likely due to his passing last month.
